With online rent payments, these concerns are a thing of the past. Simply hop on your computer and in just a few minutes, your rent is paid! Or remove all doubt and schedule a payment in advance so your rent is paid automatically. Plus, you get the added benefit of not having to write checks, address envelopes, or buy stamps.

In a world where online financial predators seem more and more common, we understand if you have reservations about entering your bank account information online. But fear not! Your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted.

Application Process

Applicants must read our acceptance policy and provide a signed copy of the rental criteria form. Applications are processed in the order in which they are received and typically take up to 96 hours or 3 business days to process upon receipt of full application and fee. Submitting a rental application does not hold a property nor guarantee approval for residency. All application fees paid are non-refundable.

FAQs

Q: How do I apply?
You can apply online through our website. Once you have found the home you wish to apply for, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the rental listing page. You will be prompted to pay your application fee via credit card. We will follow up with you once we have reviewed your application.

Q: How do I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the first of each month. You can mail it into us or you can pay your rent online. Please visit the ‘Pay Rent Online’ sub-tab to learn more.

Q: How do I report a maintenance issue?
Please log into your Tenant Portal to submit a maintenance request. Requests are reviewed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call (360) 953-8280.

Q: How can I build my credit?
In addition to avoiding late fees, you can actually build your credit by paying your rent on time! By reporting your payment history to Experian RentBureau, we can help you reap the rewards of getting your rent to us by the 1st.

What if I have an emergency that is threatening the property?

  • If the matter is a fire and/or life emergency, call 911 first and then call our office to speak to the one of our staff. Call the cell number above if you were unable to reach staff at the office.
  • For all other afterhours non-life-threatening emergencies (i.e. flooding, a downed tree, etc.) report through tenant portal or call and/or text (360) 608-7642.

How do I pay rent?

  • For online payment or setting up a reoccurring payment, go to Appfolio.com and use the portal setup during your move in time. If by any chance you do not have your portal set up, contact the office.
  • Mail a check with the payment and rent month being paid.
  • Tenant information: rent is late on the 4th of the month or as per rental agreement.

How do I report a repair?
Log into your tenant portal. Select the Maintenance tab on the left. There is an option to Request Maintenance. Select and fill in all needed repairs.

What are the insurance requirements for NancyOHomes, LLC?
Tenants and owners are required to have insurance at all times. Tenants and owners must list NancyOHomes, LLC as additional interest on their policy. Tenants must have a personal liability amount of $300,000.

What are walkthroughs?
As per NancyOHomes, LLC policy, we conduct walkthroughs for each property. During a walkthrough we check the current status of the property such as maintenance and damages. Walkthroughs are scheduled ahead of time with a date that works for the management and tenant. We conduct walkthroughs 3 months after move in and then once a year after that.
